• To Increase company profits/revenues:
While in the Finance Department as Project Accountant assigned to a portfolio of 52 Projects. I have managed to increase in the short while through identifying savings and remodelling financial report; surpluses by 20% in the third Quarter. I performed financial reconciliations using advanced excel templates to identify miscoding, and utilise historical trends for better yearly projections. Ultimately this effort contributed in a better planning for next year, saving redundancies and providing opportunity for a better service.

In finance it is not the bottom line figure which is important but the reliability of the figures. In helping management to manage, identify and solve problem I have built in numerous occasions first class reporting document, instituted new procedures which once implemented highlight at a glance the vital information for decision making; saving times and adding confidence to the information. I always believe in added value and I am always preparing to go the extra mile.
• Tenders and Contract
In order to win a tender for new projects, it is essential to have a strong financial proposal built in and usually organisations which take part in these bids have strong operational knowledge but lack the financial acumen. At the London gateway and with CRI I was responsible in preparing and reviewing tender budgets before they were submitted to the commissioners. All the tenders I have been associated with have been won bringing to the organisation thousands of pounds worth of funding.
