The Background:
An international relocation management company is developing its Rates and Controlling Department, and is actively looking for Rate Specialists to start activities immediately.
The Role:
The Rates Specialist will be part of the Rates department and under full responsibility of the Rates Supervisor. He/She will have commercial and accruals activities.

Purchase activities will be the following:

• Build, create and negotiate rates for clients and agents
• Rates analysis and understanding
• Create quotation for clients
• Create and update rates database
• Answer RFP (requests for proposal)
• Complete follow up on financial parts of files from quotation to closure of the file

Accruals activities will be the following:

• In charge of final costs
• Update database regarding costs
• Control and approval of costs
• Give billing instructions


The Person:
The successful candidate will have a previous experience in the same job in an international moving company. Applicants must have the ability to manage a high work load with a minimum of supervision, and strictly follow company’s procedures. He/she will have the following qualities:
• Spoken languages : English, French and Arabic (an asset)
• IT literate
• Able to work following processes and strict deadlines
• Organized
